User Agreement

User Agreement
This Agreement defines the terms for users of materials and services of www.Mathete.com (hereinafter the Site).
1. General
1.1. The use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by legislation.
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. Getting access to materials of the Site, the User is considered to be acceded to this Agreement.
1.3. Site Administration may unilaterally at any time to change the terms of this Agreement. These changes are effective upon posting new version of the Agreement at the site. In case of disagreement of the User with these changes, he shall refuse access to the Site, cease using materials and services of the Site.
2. User’s obligations
2.1. User agrees not to take any action that may be considered as violating the legislation or the rules of international law, including intellectual property, copyright and related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to malfunction of the Site and its services.
2.2 All articles and comments published at the site must comply with the general concept of the Site and should not contain information and statements that may insult other users of the Site, people of other faiths, nationalities and minorities, and should not contradict the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.3. Use of materials of the Site without the consent of rightholders is not allowed. For the lawful use of materials of the Site it is necessary to conclude licensing agreements (licenses) from the rightholder.
2.4. When citing materials of the Site, including protected works of authorship, link to the Site is obligatory.
2.5. The user is warned that the Administration of the Site is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which can be contained on the site.
2.6. The User agrees that the Administration of the Site is not responsible for and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible losses arising from any contents of the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available or obtained via external sites or resources, or any other User's contacts, in which he entered using the information posted on this Site or links to external resources.
2.7 The User agrees that Mathete Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of the information contained at the Site pages, correctness of the equations and results of calculations.
2.8. The User accepts the condition that all materials and services of the Site or any portion thereof may be accompanied by advertisements. The User agrees that the Administration of the Site does not assume any responsibility and shall not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.
3. Other Conditions
3.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to this shall be settled in accordance with applicable law.
3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can not be understood as the establishment of agent relations, partnership relations on joint activities, relationships, personal recruiting, or some other relationships between the User and the Administration of the Site, not explicitly stipulated in the Agreement.
3.3. Recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement invalid or not enforceable does not entail the invalidity of other certain provisions of the Agreement.
3.4. Inaction on the part of the Administration of the Site in case of violation of any provision by any User shall not deprive the Administration of the Site the right to take appropriate actions later in defense of its interests and copyright for the materials of the Site protected in accordance with the law.
